Account Responsible Developer

Job description 

We are seeking professionals, who would work as part of the Support team and manage customer accounts.

The Account Responsible Developer is responsible for operating a full professional supervision over the (dedicated) accounts. This means that every change or modification of the account is based on the decision of the Account Responsible Developer. An AR Developer has 2-3 accounts one time.

All bug fixes or all change management on these applications are monitored and managed by the AR Developer.

 

 

Your tasks will be 

  • Tracking, triage and handling support tickets

  • Continued monitoring of the status of the tickets

  • Support related communication with the users

  • Reporting to the support Manager of the accounts status – weekly base

  • Backend developing in C#

  • Database development in MS SQL

  • Participating in concept creation

  • Designing and developing program components

  • Integrating software and software modules

Ideal candidate

  • Experience in MS SQL database development

  • Experience in C# programming

  • Customer Support experience

  • Knowledge of several developing methodologies

  • Accurate, precise, and quality work

  • Active intermediate English knowledge

  • Professional communication skills

  • Business approach to your work

  • Being open to learning new skills

 

Advantage, if

  • Experience from working at an international IT company

  • Being familiar with the agile developing methodology

  • Being familiar with SQL languages

  • CSS, HTML JavaScript experience

  • Front-end experience
