We are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer who is willing to take a role of a small team Lead Developer role!

The Lead Developer, as part of the developing team, solves business requirements using an own framework. Coordinate the team (up to 5-6 ppl) and design the sprints and scheduling.

Our product is built from an innovative low-code / no-code framework that offers an effective solution to digitalize business processes. The software engineer takes part in creating and designing future project scopes, performs development tasks, comprehends, and supports the delivered business solution.

 

 

Your tasks will be 

  • Monitor the daily work of the team

  • Support the team with people managment

  • Organize, schedule and maintain daily/weekly follow upd

  • Work together with Business Analysts and Project Managers

  • Designing and creating application architectures

  • Designing and creating program components

  • Integrating software and software components

  • Participation in business needs/requirement assessment

  • Database development using SQL Server technology

  • Supporting test processes and activities
